Description
Noble metal nanocrystal arrays
NanoSeedz™ provides colloidal noble metal nanocrystal arrays deposited on glass slides at high number densities. The particle density can reach up to 70 particles per square µm. The low-cost plasmonic arrays can act as an alternative to replace EBL-written nanostructure patterns in various applications, such as plasmon-enhanced LEDs, plasmonic solar cells, optical recording media, and plasmon-enhanced photodetection.
Nanocrystals | Glass slides | Extinction | Price (USD) |
100-nm Au nanosphere | 5 pieces (25.4 cm x 76.2 mm; deposited with nanospheres on both front and back surfaces; particle density 15-20 particles/μm2) | 0.1-0.2 | 188 |
